The technology coordinator and specialist would be available for those teachers who need more help or assistance. By the teachers talking to each other and the coordinator/specialist, they themselves will know what can be done to improve things.

Every student and faculty member has an account that is password protected. There is a document folder that can only hold a certain amount of information. It is recommended that students and faculty members not keep everything in this folder, as it tends to fill up. They are told to use a jump drive or CD to hold any files or pictures that they wish to keep.
There are certain sites that are blocked by a firewall and cannot be accessed without an authorized password.
d. Establishing help desk
The technology department is trained to answer all technology questions and problems.

The form that is filled out electronically narrows down the issue so the correct person can help solve the problem as quickly as possible by a few question survey about the issue. The progress made by the technology techs is posted and emailed to the requesting teacher so they know that the issue is being addressed and how.
