- Maintenance Service: comes with a 1 year warranty.
-Maintenance Plan: At the end of each school year or even before a long break, if needed, cameras will be collected to be maintenance and have any software updated.
c. Inventory control issues, such as maintenance and replacement cycle
- Inventory Control: Teachers and students must sign in and out. Proper storage locked in Technology Center. If teachers choose to keep the camera in their room for an extended period of time for a long-term project, cameras must be locked up and teachers will be held responsible for any lost or damaged cameras.
- Maintenance: normal wear and tear from handling and usage. Parts range from $14.99 - the cost of a new camera ($149.99-$279.99).
d. Maintaining and upgrading software and hardware
- Software comes pre-installed for both PCs and Macs
- Software Upgrades: Free and done online.
- Hardware: All come with wrist strap, soft protective case, user guide, built in USB arm/speaker/microphone. Additional accessories available.
